Michael Connor has been a lifelong resident of Philadelphia. He was raised in the Germantown section of the city. Mr. Connor has his undergraduate degree from LaSalle University. He is completing his final classwork at Drexel University for a Masters in Educational Administration.

Mr. Connor is a former entrepreneur who owned a manufacturing company for 24 years prior to entering education. Mr. Connor was also a community leader and served elected offices for 16 years in Bucks County. He is a former Vice-President and President of his town Council and a former Mayor of Penndel Borough, Bucks County, PA.

Mr. Connor was involved with youth all his life. He has founded and facilitated youth athletic programs and coached baseball, softball and basketball for ages 7 through 17.

Michael and his wife, Jane, have been happily married for over 34 years. He has two grown children.
