Michael Connor was raised in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. Michael earned his BA from LaSalle University in 1974. Prior to joining the CHAD staff, Mr. Connor was a businessperson. He owned an electrical sign manufacturing business for 24 years. Mr. Connor is also active in politics. He is a past President of his town Council and a former Mayor of Penndel Borough, Bucks County, PA.

Michael was always active with youth. He coached both basketball and softball in age groups from 7 to 16 years old. Michael has been married for 31 years and has two grown children.
