I really enjoy the creative spirit here at CHAD. I love assigning projects in which students are able to demonstrate their natural talents and also the skills that they have learned here at CHAD. Each term I am truly impressed by how talented CHAD students are.
I have been teaching Spanish for 13 years. I have taught in New York State, California, and here in Philadelphia since 2007. While I studied Spanish in college, my true learning experience came when I lived and studied in Seville, Spain in 1997 and again in 2001/2002. I love travelling and experiencing other culture’s customs, music, and especially food. My hope is that my students not only leave my class being able to communicate in Spanish but also with an appreciation and a curious spirit of learning about other people’s way of life.
