Linda Partin

11th Grade English Teacher

Linda has enjoyed three years at C.H.A.D. in the Upper House where she managed the Tutoring Center. With the start of 2011-2012 school year, she will once again be back in the classroom teaching her favorite subject; English. Mrs. Partin’s background is in English, marketing, and sales. She worked her way through school, earning a BSBA from Villanova University two and a half decades ago, and then a Maters in Education from Cabrini College in 2007.

Her first career was in Corporate America, where she held positions in marketing, sales, conference & educational services, and for a span of five years owned a Card, Gift & Stationery shop. Having always been drawn to the educational world, Mrs. Partin went back to school at night to secure her teaching certificate in elementary and secondary education. Prior to joining CHAD, she held positions as a learning support assistant, and taught English and Social Studies in the parochial school system.

Linda, and her husband of twenty-four years, happily reside in their little cottage with their two children; a daughter who is a junior at Ithaca College and a son, Dan who is a freshman at Syracuse University. Their home is completed with the hairy presence of a Nova Scotia Duck Retriever, named Chance.
