Hello Philly! My name is Ms. Myers, and this will be my first year teaching at CHAD. I am originally from Gettysburg, PA. This is an area with a lot of history (the Battle of Gettysburg, the Gettysburg Address, etc.), so one of my interests, aside from teaching English, is American History. Aside from teaching, I also enjoy hiking, swimming, fishing, playing with my two cats, and being with my friends and family. While having a hobby is great, it rarely pays the bills, so much of my life has also been spent working a variety of part-time jobs. I have spent time working at a farmer’s market, four different restaurants, a college mail center, an office, and being an algebra tutor and a writing tutor. I am so excited to begin my teaching journey with you all!
