I graduated from West Chester University in 2002 and came to CHAD in 2003. I quickly found a home and community that I found fulfilling and inspiring. CHAD satisfies both my teaching passion and my desire to see beauty and creativity every day. Over the years I have taught every grade level, coordinated college testing and standardized testing, and served in various leadership positions. My best work has been done as a 9^th grade teacher and team leader and I am happy to continue ushering in new classes of freshman who evolve into the “CHADsters” we all come to know and love. Aside from the everyday joys of teaching, the most rewarding experience is when alumni come back to visit and share their life experiences. It makes my heart swell with pride.

Paul Musumba

Paul Musumba has been an organic chemistry instructor for CHAD Phila since December of 2017. Prior to his stint at CHAD, he was a chemistry teacher at Delaware Valley Charter High School in Philadelphia. He received a B.S. in Biology and Organic Chemistry from Drexel University in 2010, and a masters degree in Chemistry and Computer Science with Teaching, Organic and computational Chemistry from Temple University in 2016.
