Phenocal Review (2022): Does It Really Work For Weight Loss?

Shopping for a supplement that is effective in helping burn fat and increase weight loss, can feel like a never ending nightmare of repetitive advertising, confusingly similar ingredients that seem like unproven herbal remedies, and names that you can barely pronounce.

The advertising itself can feel borderline abusive and when put in the context of those who are being marketed and advertised to, it can feel like every company out there is just telling you the most believable lies they can in order to convince you to buy their particular product.

Not only do they tell you exactly what you want to hear, about how the supplement will help turn on some little known process in your body that will burn calories around the clock, and about how these exact ingredients combined in this exact way is the secret to zero-effort supermodel bodies, but they make it seem like only they have the right formula.

Top Recommended Weight Loss Supplement: Instant Knockout

Out of the dozens of weight loss pills we've tested over the years, Instant Knockout is by FAR one of the best.

They spin it will all sorts of pseudoscience and nonsense about “ancient medicines” or “traditional herbal remedy” that such and such culture have been using for thousands of years to maintain perfect health, and then they let you know that it is finally available to people in the US after years of painstaking research.

All you have to do is click the link and take the supplement once or twice a day, and before you know it you will have chiseled abs, rock hard biceps, and snake-like triceps, and attractive people will suddenly invite you to all their club meetings and secret parties, it’s just that easy!

Isn’t it?

That’s what most supplement creators would have you believe, at least until you buy the three-month supply and find yourself out of the refund or return window and stuck with a bottle (or more than one) of a useless or nearly-useless herbal snake oil.

One of the latest supplements to join this game of insane claims is called Phenocal, and the manufacturer touts that Phenocal can not just suppress the user’s appetite, making snacking a smaller impact on total dietary health, but that it also boosts energy and overall caloric burn of the user.

But we’re skeptical and take just about everything with the compulsory grain of salt, and a new weight loss supplement will not be any different, no matter how badly we want the weight gone and how snazzy and convincing the promotional materials are.

With that in mind, we have done a deep dive into the supplement Phenocal, and have broken it down into not only what they say it will do, what the ingredients are scientifically capable of, and what it actually does during a trial.

In the end, we’ll let you know what we thought of Phenocal overall and whether or not we think it is worth it, in terms of time, effort, and of course cost, so stick around and find out if Phenocal is right for you.

The manufacturer claims that the supplement is safe to take in the dosage and schedule described by the manufacturer, and all of the ingredients have been recognized as mostly safe to consume in supplement amounts.

Before beginning any new dietary or nutritional supplement you should always consult with your health care professional or doctor to verify that there are no potential allergy issues, counter-indications, or interactions that may be possible with any prescribed medications.

Only your doctor will be able to determine if a particular supplement will be safe for you to consume in the context of your own personal medical history and current conditions.

Does Phenocal Really Work?

Here is the part where we really wish we could give you some good news and say that Phenocal was instrumental in significant weight loss that was unrelated to any other change in diet or exercise, but unfortunately we can’t do that.

We planned on doing a 90-day program of taking the full 6 capsules daily for 3 months, while keeping our diet and exercise level as unchanged as possible because we figured that like many supplements, Phenocal would require at least two months to become useful and functional in our bodies.

After a solid 3 months of taking Phenocal daily, we were unable to notice any meaningful change in our body composition, energy levels, or endurance, with our weight changing only a negligible amount over the course of the trial.

How to Use Phenocal

Each bottle of Phenocal contains 150 capsules with the manufacturer recommending taking 6 capsules daily, 3 in the morning and the remaining 3 in the mid-afternoon to optimize the supplement’s effectiveness.

Where Can You Buy Phenocal?

Phenocal is available through the manufacturer’s website, firstly, where not only can you get single bottles but you can also look at the coupons available and the quantity discounts for buying multiple bottles at one time.

If you prefer to shop through other online sources, it is also available from various sellers on Amazon and eBay, though since those parties cannot be confirmed as legitimate distributors or resellers you should be cautious of the product quality and purity should you decide to purchase through one of those avenues.

Is it Worth Trying Phenocal?

You are going to have a lot of choices when you are shopping for supplements to help boost your fat-burning and weight loss efforts, and whether you are just browsing supplements or being bombarded by ads for them, it’s entirely likely that you will come across Phenocal.

We hope that when that happens, you will remember this article, and our firm recommendation to save your money, and to spend it on any other supplement than Phenocal so that you will at least have some sort of chance at success.

One of the best one’s I’ve ever personally used is a supplement called Instant Knockout.
